How can I place an order?

Ordering in our online shop is very easy. Select your desired product, add it to the shopping cart, and follow the instructions at checkout. Your order is on its way to you!

Can I change an order afterwards?

Changes to your order are possible as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service immediately at support@clouvou.de, to make a change.

Are there discounts for bulk orders?

For individual offers on bulk orders, please contact our customer support at support@clouvou.de. We will be happy to provide you with a suitable offer.

How long does the shipping take?

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2-4 business days from the time of order. International deliveries may vary.

How much are the shipping costs?

We do not charge any shipping costs for the delivery of our chairs.
