Sehr verwirrende Werbepolitik

Das wichtigste zuerst. Der Stuhl ist auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert. Was ich aber überhaupt nicht verstehe ist folgendes: Egal welche Werbung man sieht oder welche Tests, z. B. auf Youtube. Auf allen Bildern wird der Stuhl mit Armlehnen gezeigt die Knöpfe haben um die Höhe, die Breite, oder die Vor- und Zurückbewegung oder auch die Drehfunktion der Armauflagen einzustellen. Das geht bei meinem alles (bis auf die Höhe) nur ohne Knöpfe mit "mechanischer Gewalt". Meine diesbezügliche Anfrage wurde beantwortet mit folgendem Inhalt: Es gäbe neue Armlehnen und Ihr Stuhl hat die wohl schon. Wenn diese Aussage stimmt, passen die Bilder in der Anleitung und auf dem Karton aber nicht. Dort sind noch die "alten" Versionen zu sehen. Abgesehen davon das das sehr verwirrend ist werden also Dinge beworben die so gar nicht vorhanden sind. Das würde angeblich daran liegen, das noch so viele der "alten" Anleitungen und auch der "alten" Kartons vorhanden wären, die man verbrauchen möchte. Man verkauft also geänderte Produkte in "alten" Verpackungen. Da die aktualisierten Bilder auf den Kartons und der Anleitung ja sowieso irgendwann gebraucht würden, frage ich mich wo das Problem ist. Das ist so als würde ich eine Tüte Chips kaufen wo drauf steht Inhalt 200 Gramm aber es sind plötzlich nur noch 150 drin. Da kann auch keiner sagen "wir wollen die alten Tüten erst verbrauchen. Da fühlt man sich echt getäuscht
